Using the report for the intra-challenge
The report shows two types of averages. Monthly averages are based on activity from the first day of the challenge month. Cumulative averages are based on activity from when each participant joined.
If your teams joined on different dates, use monthly averages for a fairer comparison. If they all joined on the same date, you can use either. Some organisations run monthly leaderboards where the winning team earns points, and teams compete for the most points over time.
Making MVPA more accessible for older employees
MVPA is based on an individual's age and maximum heart rate. Older employees can achieve MVPA through activities that are more intense than their usual routine — even brisk walking during their daily commute counts.
The report is generated using synced data up to the day before it is sent. It is emailed to your POC at the start of each week.
Requesting individual employee data
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), HPB is unable to share employee-specific data such as names, email addresses, or contact numbers. You may want to get this information directly from your employees.
Requesting for other types of data
The Corporate Weekly Report is designed as a self-help tool for companies to run their own challenges. HPB is unable to customise the report or provide data beyond what is already included.
