Setting the Time
Your tracker will automatically update to Singapore time (GMT+8) when you pair and sync it with the Healthy 365 app. You do not need to adjust it manually.
Wearing Your Tracker Properly
To track your fitness data accurately:
- Wear the tracker snugly on your wrist, at least one finger width away from your wrist bone.
- Wear your tracker as you go about your daily life. It will automatically track your steps, heart rate and sleep duration based on your body movement.
- Make sure the sensor on the back is in full contact with your skin.
- Wipe off any sweat from your skin for better readings.
Tip: When you’re not wearing your tracker, place it face down to protect the sensor.
Extending the Battery Life
To charge your tracker and help your battery last longer:
- Check the battery indicator on your Healthy 365 home screen, and charge when it shows low.
- Don't charge overnight, as this will reduce the battery life over time.
- Charge for about 2 hours or until fully charged.
- Disconnect once fully charged.
- Avoid leaving "Workout Mode" on all day, as it will drain your battery.
- Follow the charging instructions in your user guide.
Note: Battery problems from overcharging are not covered under warranty.
Preventing Water Damage
Your HPB fitness tracker is water-resistant but not waterproof.
To prevent water damage, do not swim or shower with your tracker
Note: Water damage is not covered under warranty.
Tracking Sleep Accurately
Wear your tracker at least 30 minutes before sleep and after waking up.
Note:
- HPB fitness trackers provide close estimations of sleep data but may not be 100% accurate.
- These trackers are not medical devices and should not be relied on for medical purposes.
