Why it Matters

Updating your daily calorie and nutrient limits in the Healthy 365 app when your details change so that your recommendations stay up to date.

 

Note: This feature is available if you are 18 years old and above.

When to Update Your Dashboards

Update your dashboards whenever any of the following change, as they affect your recommended daily calorie and nutrient intake:

  • Weight (if it changes by 5–10% of your body weight)
  • Height
  • Age
  • Activity level (if your exercise level changes)
  • Weight management goal

If none of these change, updating every 3 months is sufficient.

How to Update Your Daily Recommended Calorie and Nutrient Intake

1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don't have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.

2. On the Home screen, tap Log My Meal.

3. Tap Edit Daily Limits on the Meal Log screen to Set up your Nutrition Tracking Dashboards again.
