How to View a Daily Summary of Your Meal Logs
Your daily summary shows your estimated calorie intake and items logged for the day. Here’s how to view it after you log your meals:
- Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- On the Home screen, tap Log My Meal under the “Quick Links” section.
- Tap View My Daily Summary to see all the food and drinks you have logged for the day.
