Topping Up Your Travel Card Using SimplyGo eVouchers

Cards You Can Top Up

You can use your SimplyGo eVouchers to top up:

  • EZ-Link cards
  • NETS FlashPay cards

Note: You can’t use your SimplyGo eVouchers to top up NETS CashCards. If you entered your NETS CashCard details by mistake:

  • An eVoucher won’t be issued for redemption.
  • The Healthpoints can’t be returned to your account.

 

How to Top Up

Once you redeem your Healthpoints to SimplyGo eVouchers, you can top up your travel card right away.

 

Top-up locations:

 

SimplyGo Ticket Offices or Ticketing Service Centres

Visit any SimplyGo Ticket Office or Ticketing Service Centre to top up your travel card using SimplyGo eVouchers. A staff member will help you top up using your eVouchers.

 

Top-up Kiosks or Assisted Service Kiosks

1. Place your card on the card reader.

2. Tap Vouchers & Rewards.

3. Select the eVouchers you want to use and tap Confirm.
 

4. Check your new card value on the screen. (Note: The top-up will fail if your card balance exceeds $500.)

 

SimplyGo Kiosks

1. Place your card on any SimplyGo Kiosk card reader.

2. Tap Voucher Redemption, then Health Promotion Board Rewards.

3. Tap Select or Select All.


4. Check your new card value on the screen. (Note: The top-up will fail if your card balance exceeds $500.)



SimplyGo App

Before you start:

To top up:

1. Open the SimplyGo app.

2. Make sure you have added the correct SimplyGo EZ-link or Concession card to your account.

3. Tap Services, then go to e-voucher (Travel Card).

 

 

4. Tap Redeem on the eVoucher you want to use.




5. Tap Proceed. You will see a 'Successful' message if it goes through.

 

Tip: Check your card's expiry date before topping up. You can do this at any SimplyGo Kiosk, Top-Up Kiosk, or Assisted Service Kiosk.

 


Need More Help?

If your card value looks wrong:

1. Print the receipt if it is available.

2. Bring your receipt to your nearest SimplyGo Ticket Office or Ticketing Service Centre.

If you're having trouble with the SimplyGo app:

  • Make sure your card is properly added to your SimplyGo account
  • Check that you have the latest version of the app

If your top-up fails:

  • Check that your card balance will not exceed $500 after topping up
  • Make sure your card is not expired
  • Try a different kiosk or visit a SimplyGo Ticket Office / Ticketing Service Centre
