1. Why is there no step count or Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA) data on my Corporate Challenge page?
Individual participants can view their own average step count and MVPA minutes under “My Progress” in the Healthy 365 app. The organisation’s consolidated data is only available in the Corporate Weekly Report sent to your organisation’s Point of Contact.
2. When is data synced for the Corporate Weekly Report?
Data is drawn from the Healthy 365 app every Sunday night and included in the Monday report. Sync your data regularly — data not synced by Sunday will not appear in that week's report and cannot be added later.
3. Can participants who join mid-challenge include steps clocked before they joined?
Steps tracked before a participant registered for the Corporate Challenge will not be included in the report.
