If You Have an HPB Fitness Tracker

You should:
- Wear the tracker one finger-width away from your wrist bone.
- Secure the tracker snugly but not too tight.
- Wear the tracker at least 30 minutes before sleep and after waking up.
- Place the tracker screen-down when not in use to prevent false readings.
If You Have a Third-party Fitness Tracker
Check specific instructions for your tracker:
- Apple Watch (series 3 or later)
- Fitbit
- HUAWEI Health
- Garmin Connect
- Polar Flow
- Samsung Watch (Galaxy Fit2 or later)
Tips for Better Sleep Tracking
HPB fitness trackers provide sleep estimates based on movement and heart rate but are not medical devices.
For more accurate tracking:
- Wear the tracker correctly
- Make sure the sensor is clean and the battery is charged.
Syncing Sleep Data
Sync your sleep data to view your sleep progress on your Healthy 365 dashboard.
HPB fitness trackers store up to 7 days of sleep data. Sync at least once a week to avoid losing your records.
For third-party trackers:
- Make sure your sleep session appears in your commercial tracker’s app before syncing with Healthy 365.
- Only sleep detected by the tracker will sync. Manually entered data will not be captured.
Daily Sleep Data Cycle
- Sleep data is recorded from 12 noon to 11:59 am the next day.
- The dashboard resets at 12 noon daily.
- If you sync after 12 noon, data will appear under Sleep History instead of the dashboard.
Viewing Sleep Data
Sleep records can be viewed on the Healthy 365 app for up to 3 months.
To view your data:
- Open the Healthy 365 app.
- Under My Progress, tap the Sleep icon to view your sleep history details.
- Tap the calendar icon to view your past progress.
Note: For Fitbit users, Healthy 365 shows time spent in bed. This may be longer than what is recorded on the Fitbit app.
