Setting Up Your Nutrition Tracking Dashboards

Use this guide to set up your nutrition tracking dashboards, so you can track your daily calorie and nutrient intake and smake healthier choices.

 

Note: This feature is available if you are 18 years old and above.

Getting Started

Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don't have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.

You can set up your nutrition tracking dashboard from two places:

  • From the Home tab
  • From the Meal Log screen

If You Are Accessing from the Home Tab

1. Tap the Home tab.

2. Scroll to the My Progress section and swipe left and tap Set up nutrition tracking on the nutrition tracking dashboard.

 

If You Are Accessing from the Meal Log Screen

1. Tap the Home tab, then the Log My Meal icon.

2. Tap Set up nutrient tracking on the nutrition tracking dashboard.

  

How to Set Up Your Nutrition Tracking

1. Tap Why is this important to learn about the nutrients you will be tracking, and then Start.

2. Enter your current weight, height, and activity level, and Calculate to continue.

3. Review your Body Mass Index (BMI) and health risk level, then tap Next.

You will then be given weight management options based on your BMI. Choose your preferred option, and tap Next.

   

4. Your recommended daily allowances for calories, sugar, and sodium will be shown.

To adjust these amounts, tap Calculate again and repeat steps 2 and 3. To confirm, tap Okay. Your nutrition tracking dashboards will be updated.

Your nutrition tracking dashboards are now set up. You may tap Log Meal to start logging your meals or X to exit the screen.
