What Goals You Can Set 

Here’s what you can set on the Healthy 365 app:

You can set goals for

Recommended goals

Steps

5,000 steps per day

MVPA (Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity) if you declare that you are well enough to participate in physical activities

150 minutes of MVPA per week

Sleep

7 hours of sleep per night

Tip: The app suggests goals based on your activity levels. Once set, your goals will appear on your dashboard.

How To Set Goals

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. If you have not set up your HPB fitness tracker or third-party fitness tracker, a prompt will appear on the Home screen. Tap the prompt and follow the on-screen instructions.

  1. Once you have set up your fitness tracker:
  • A pop-up will let you set goals for steps, MVPA and sleep.
  • Use the “-” and “+” icons to adjust your goals.
