Here’s what you can set on the Healthy 365 app:

Tip: The app suggests goals based on your activity levels. Once set, your goals will appear on your dashboard.
How To Set Goals
- Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- If you have not set up your HPB fitness tracker or third-party fitness tracker, a prompt will appear on the Home screen. Tap the prompt and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once you have set up your fitness tracker:
- A pop-up will let you set goals for steps, MVPA and sleep.
- Use the “-” and “+” icons to adjust your goals.
