Details
1. How can organisations register for the Corporate Challenge?
Complete the registration form at https://go.gov.sg/ccregform2025. Your organisation’s Point of Contact will receive an entry code to share with employees. Organisations with intra-teams will receive multiple entry codes – one for each team.
2. When will I receive my entry codes?
You will receive a confirmation email with your entry code(s) within 5 working days after registration. Your organisation’s Point of Contact can then share the code with employees so they can register on the Healthy 365 app.
3. How do employees register for the Corporate Challenge?
Employees need to:
- Download the Healthy 365 app.
- Go to the Programmes tab and select Corporate Challenge.
- Enter the entry code shared by your organisation's Point of Contact.
4. What is the intra-challenge feature?
The intra-challenge is an optional feature that lets departments or teams within your organisations compete with one another. Each team gets a unique entry code and their performance will be shared through the Corporate Weekly Report. You can compare teams using the cumulative daily average steps and weekly average Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity minutes per participant.
5. Can an individual register under multiple organisations or teams?
Each individual can only be registered under one entry code at a time. To change an individual’s entry code – for example, if they move to a different team – they must first be withdrawn from the challenge before registering again with the correct code.
6. Are there any requirements for teams joining the intra-challenge?
There is no limit on the number of teams per organisation. Each team must have at least two members. When registering, you will need to provide each team’s name, limited to 25 characters.
7. My organisation is already in the Corporate Challenge. Can I opt for the intra-challenge?
Complete the registration form at https://go.gov.sg/ccregform2025 with the new team names. Your organisation’s Point of Contact will receive the new team entry codes to share with staff.
8. How can I track each team’s performance in the intra-challenge?
Your organisation's Point of Contact will receive a Corporate Weekly Report every Monday. The report shows each team's performance for the week. Plan your campaign periods around this schedule.
9. Can I add data to the report if I did not sync in time?
The Corporate Weekly Report is generated every Monday using data already uploaded into the Healthy 365 app. Data uploaded after the report is generated cannot be added retrospectively.
