What can I use ActiveSG Credits for
Use your ActiveSG Credits to partially or fully offset fees for ActiveSG gym and swim passes, sport facility bookings, and ActiveSG or Active Health programmes.
How Do I Redeem Healthpoints for ActiveSG Credits
Before you begin
Make sure you have a MyActiveSG+ account. If you don't have one, visit the ActiveSG website and sign up before proceeding.
- Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- Tap Rewards and then Redeem now.
3. Select ActiveSG Credits from the Catalogue. If you agree with the voucher details and terms of use, tap Redeem.
Note: You'll need a minimum of 150 Healthpoints (HP) to redeem.
4. Select the quantity you want to redeem and tap Confirm.
5. A pop-up will appear stating that the transaction is not reversible. Tap Proceed to confirm or Cancel to go back.
6. Type in the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. If your redemption was successful, you should see a success message. The ActiveSG credits will be added directly into your MyActiveSG+ account.
How Do I View My Redemption History
- Tap the Rewards icon and then Transactions.
- Tap the Used tab to view your ActiveSG Credits.
