Pairing & Syncing Collected HPB Trackers

This guide will help you set up your HPB fitness tracker if you collected it from:

  • HPB vending machines
  • HPB appointed centres
  • HPB roadshows

Set Up a New Tracker

  1. Turn your new tracker on and keep it near your mobile phone.
  2. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Wait for the “Activate new HPB fitness tracker?” pop-up to automatically appear. Then, tap Pair your fitness tracker now.

 

 

4. Go to Home and tap Sync new fitness tracker to start seeing your data on the app.

Replace an Existing Tracker

If you recently collected an HPB fitness tracker and have an existing device paired with the Healthy 365 app, you can pair your new tracker through:

 

Automatic Pop-Up Message

  1. Turn your new tracker on and keep it near your mobile phone.
  2. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Wait for the “Change to a new HPB Fitness Tracker” pop-up to automatically appear. Then, tap Sync current fitness tracker to save your existing data.
  4. Tap Change to new fitness tracker then Okay.

 

5. Go to Home and tap Sync new fitness tracker to start seeing your data on the app. 

Account Screen

  1. Turn your new tracker on and keep it near your mobile phone.
  2. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Go to Account, then Tracker.


  4. Tap Manage.

 

5. Tap Pair now and follow the on-screen instructions. You will see a green confirmation message at the top of your screen once it is paired



6. Go to Home and tap Sync new fitness tracker to start seeing your data on the app.
