OS Requirements for Healthy 365
The Healthy 365 app needs these OS versions to run securely:

Tip: Learn how to check your device’s OS version.
If your device doesn’t meet the OS requirements by 30 March 2025:
- You won’t be able to access the Healthy 365 app.
- You won’t be able to download the latest app version from the App Store or Google Play.
- Your Healthy 365 account and rewards will not be affected. However, Healthpoints and vouchers will still expire as scheduled.
Tip: If your device cannot update to meet the OS requirements, you can use Healthy 365 on another device.
Check Your Device’s OS Version
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap About or Device Information.
- If your OS version does not meet the OS requirements, update it.
Once you update your device, you can log in to continue using the Healthy 365 app.
Using Healthy 365 on Another Device
You can log into your Healthy 365 account on any device that meets the OS requirements. However, you need to log out of any other Healthy 365 account first.
