Lost or Stolen Device

If your device is loat or stolen:

  1. Call us at 6435 4008 or email hisg@hpb.gov.sg right away.
  2. Make a police report.
  3. Send us a copy of the report.
  4. Get a new device by either:

 

Damaged Device

Your device has a 2-year warranty from the collection date:

What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material and workmanship defects

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Damage from not following usage instructions

 

Get Help from Fitbit

If your device isn't working properly and is under warranty, you can contact Fitbit Support.

Report Damage to HPB

Let us know about your damaged device by either:

  • Emailing hisg@hpb.gov.sg
  • Calling 6435 4008 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, except public holidays.
  • If you have contacted Fitbit already, include your Fitbit Case ID too.

Remember: Take good care of your device. If you break it by accident or do not use it carefully, you'll need to pay for a new one.
