Logging In to Your Healthy 365 Account

How to Log In

After you open the Healthy H365 app

1. Tap Log in with Singpass.


2. Tap on the QR code to log in to Singpass.

 
 

3. Approve the log in, then tap the top left corner – and you’re in!


Alternatively, you may:

1. Tap Log in with OTP.

2. Enter your NRIC, FIN, or mobile number and tap Log in.

3. Enter the 4-digit code sent to your mobile number.

Tip: Avoid tapping Resend too many times to avoid receiving multiple OTPs.

Can’t log in to the Healthy 365 app

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Healthy 365 app.
  2. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.

Changed your mobile number and can’t receive the One-Time Password (OTP)

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app.

  2. Tap Need help? on the login screen.
  3.  

    3. Select I have changed my mobile number.
  4. 4. Follow the instructions to verify your account using Singpass Myinfo.

  5. 5. Try logging in again. You should receive the SMS OTP.
