Joining the Corporate Challenge

About

The Corporate Challenge is a complimentary self-help tool that lets organisations track and encourage physical activity across their workforce. To take part, employees need to download the Healthy 365 app and register using their organisation's entry code.

Rewards

There are no rewards under the Corporate Challenge. HPB provides the platform and Corporate Weekly Report containing physical activity information to support organisation-led activities.

Eligibility

All organisations registered and operating in Singapore with a Unique Entity Number (UEN) or ACRA number are eligible to join.

If your organisation does not have a UEN or ACRA number, you may use a UEN or ACRA number from a nominated representative. A nominated representative is an elected member of a committee or association that represents the organisation — for example, an individual who operates a stall in a hawker centre or wet market (e.g., The Federation of Merchants' Associations).

Fitness Trackers

You can take part using HPB fitness trackers or other fitness trackers or mobile apps that work with the Healthy 365 app. For more information, visit our page on supported trackers and apps.

HPB fitness trackers are available at vending machines and HPB-appointed centres. You can find collection points on the Healthy 365 app or at HPB Fitness Tracker Collection Points. HPB would not be able to arrange for dedicated fitness tracker collection sessions. For more information, visit our page on HPB Fitness Trackers.

Registering your Organisation

To register, complete the registration form at Corporate Challenge Registration Form. Your organisation's Point of Contact (POC) will receive an entry code to share with employees within 5 working days.

Organisations with intra-teams will receive multiple entry codes — one for each team.

How employees register

To register for the Corporate Challenge:

  1. Download the Healthy 365 app.
  2. Go to the Programmes tab and select Corporate Challenge.
  3. Enter the entry code shared by your organisation's POC.

Entry code rules

Each employee can only be registered under one entry code at a time. To move an employee to a different team, they must first be withdrawn from the challenge before registering again with the correct code.

Intra-Challenge

The intra-challenge is an optional feature that lets departments or teams within your organisation compete with one another. Each team gets a unique entry code, and their performance is shared through the Corporate Weekly Report.

You can compare teams using:

Setting up the intra-challenge

If your organisation is new to the Corporate Challenge, complete the registration form and indicate your team names. If your organisation is already registered and wants to add the intra-challenge, complete the same form with your new team names. Your POC will receive the new team entry codes to share with staff.

Team requirements

There is no limit on the number of teams per organisation. Each team must have at least two members. Team names are limited to 25 characters.

Tracking team performance

Your POC will receive the Corporate Weekly Report every Monday. The report shows each team's performance for the week. Plan your campaign periods around this schedule.

Note: The Corporate Weekly Report is generated every Monday using data already synced to the Healthy 365 app. Data synced after the report is generated cannot be added to that week's report.
