To get the most out of your in-person Live Well, Age Well session, follow these guidelines.
When to Arrive
Be punctual:
- Registration starts 5 minutes before the session begins.
- If you are late, you may not be allowed to join the session.
For Exercise Sessions

What to wear

- Wear loose, comfortable clothing so you can move freely.
- Put on sports shoes with non-slip soles.
- Avoid slippers, sandals or flats.

What to bring
|
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

During the session
|
- Stop exercising if you feel unwell.
- Make sure your exercise area is clear of obstacles.
