To give consent online, your child's school needs to share their records (including your NRIC/FIN) with us. This is done only with parental consent.

If your child's records aren't showing up, their school might not have shared them yet.

Do note that our HPV vaccination programme uses Cervarix. We recommend that your child completes their HPV vaccination with the same vaccine type.
