How to Scan QR Receipts or QR Tickets

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Tap Scan at the bottom of your screen. If your scan is successful:
    • You should receive your rewards unless you hit your earning limit.
    • Your QR code cannot be scanned again.

How to Upload QR Receipts or QR Tickets

If you can’t scan your QR receipt or QR ticket, you can upload a photo by tapping the “image” icon at the top right.

 

 

 

Need More Help?

You can contact us or submit a reimbursement request  within 7 days of your purchase if:

  • Your QR receipt or ticket is too faded to scan or cut off.
  • You did not receive digital stamps and Healthpoints due to technical issues.
