How to Scan QR Receipts or QR Tickets
- Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- Tap Scan at the bottom of your screen. If your scan is successful:

- You should receive your rewards unless you hit your earning limit.
- Your QR code cannot be scanned again.
How to Upload QR Receipts or QR Tickets
If you can’t scan your QR receipt or QR ticket, you can upload a photo by tapping the “image” icon at the top right.

You can contact us or submit a reimbursement request within 7 days of your purchase if:
- Your QR receipt or ticket is too faded to scan or cut off.
- You did not receive digital stamps and Healthpoints due to technical issues.
