Sync your fitness data before changing phones.

Changed tracker or tracking source without syncing first

Sync your fitness data before you change your tracker or tracking source.

Travelled to a place  with a different time zone

Sync your fitness data before leaving and after returning to Singapore as:

  • The Healthy 365 app uses Singapore time.
  • Your data might not sync correctly if your phone changes time zones.
  • Different trackers handle time zones differently.

Synced tracker or app after 8 or more days

Sync your fitness data at least once a week, as the HPB fitness tracker can only store up to 7 days of fitness data.
