How Starter Challenges Work

Check Your Starter Challenges

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Tap on the “My Progress” dashboard on the Home screen, then Challenges.
  • For 4 weeks, you'll see your Starter Challenges for the week.
  • Complete them between Monday and Sunday.
  • Your progress resets every Monday.
  • After 4 weeks, your Starter Challenges end and won’t be shown on the “Challenges” screen anymore.

 

 

Note: If your fitness tracker does not track sleep, you can:

 

Track Your Progress

On the Home screen, tap Sync now to update your progress.


When you complete all of your Starter Challenge’s activities for the week, you’ll earn Healthpoints automatically.
