Follow these steps to view your progress in Healthy 365:
1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. To check your daily progress, view the “My Progress” dashboard on the Home screen.
- If you have set up your fitness tracker, you should see your progress immediately.
- If your steps, MVPA(Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity), and sleep icons are greyed out, you need to set up your fitness tracker first.
3. To check your weekly progress, tap on the “My Progress” dashboard on the Home screen.
You can then check your:
Past Progress
To check your past progress, tap the calendar icon.
Challenge Progress
To check your challenge progress, tap Challenges.
Activity History
To check your activity history, tap on any of the icons on the “My Progress” screen.
