How it Works
With the Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge 2025, you can automatically earn digital stamps and Healthpoints from qualifying online purchases.
To do so, you need to link your Healthy 365 app with a supporting online partner’s app.
Linking Healthy 365 to an Online Partner
You can link as many partner apps as you want. However, each partner app account can only be linked to one Healthy 365 account at a time.
To link your Healthy 365 app to an online partner:
- Open the Healthy 365 app and log in.
- Tap Explore, then select Partners.
- Choose a partner app to link.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Log in to the partner’s app.
When linked, you will see a success message. Once your order is delivered and processed:
- The rewards will be automatically credited to your account.
- If push notifications are enabled, you’ll get alerts.
- You can also check your transaction history in the Healthy 365 app.
Note: When linked, your purchase data will be shared with HPB to credit your stamps and Healthpoints.
Find Online Partners
To find the list of supporting online partners:
- In the Healthy 365 app: Go to Explore and select Partners.
- Online: Visit EatDrinkShopHealthy.gov.sg and check the “Places to Win” section for the full list.
Check Your Partner Accounts
To see the list of online partners linked to your Healthy 365 account:
- Go to Profile in the Healthy 365 app.
- Tap the settings icon (top right).
- Select View Linked Partner Accounts to see the full list.
You can also check the Partners page under Explore. Linked partners will have a green “Linked” tag.
Note: If you delink a partner from your Healthy 365 app, you will stop earning stamps and Healthpoints for purchases made with that partner from that point onward.
Earning Rewards at FairPrice Group
For FairPrice online purchases (if you’ve linked your FairPrice app):
- You will automatically earn digital stamps and Healthpoints for qualifying FairPrice Online purchases.
- Rewards will be credited once the items are delivered and the transaction is processed.
For in-store FairPrice, Unity, and Kopitiam purchases:
- You’ll earn rewards for purchases paid via the FairPrice Group app only.
- For other payment methods, you will receive a QR Receipt (except for Scan & Go transactions, which don’t issue QR Receipts).
Troubleshooting: Why Didn’t I Get My Rewards?
Rewards may not be credited if:
- You’ve reached the weekly limit.
- The online partner is not linked to your account.
- The product does not match HPB’s records. The barcode or item may not be listed under the Healthier Choice or Healthier Dining Programme.
- The online order hasn’t been delivered or processed yet.
If this happens, you can submit a reimbursement request. If approved, we’ll credit your eligible stamps and Healthpoints.
