Who Can Exchange
You can exchange a faulty fitness tracker if:
- Your fitness tracker is less than 1 year old.
- The fault is covered by warranty.
- You’ve followed the care instructions in your fitness tracker’s user guide.
Note: One-for-one exchanges of faulty HPB fitness trackers are subject to assessment.

How to Exchange at HPB Appointed Centres
1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
2. If you don’t have an account or have withdrawn from Healthy 365, create or restore your Healthy 365 profile by following the on-screen instructions.
3. Tap HPB fitness tracker on the home screen.
4. Select Exchange a faulty HPB fitness tracker.
5. Select the exchange method you want:
- Self-exchange
- Appoint someone to exchange on my behalf
Notes:
- The person you appoint must have their own Healthy 365 account.
- HPB fitness trackers are not available by mail or delivery.
Exchange Methods
Choose how you want to exchange your HPB fitness tracker:
Self-exchange
1. Tap Book and manage appointment and then Confirm to go to the BookingSG page.
2. On the BookingSG page, choose your preferred location, date and time. You can use Apply Filter to narrow your search by location and date.
3. Enter your personal details. If you want to receive an email confirmation, enter your email address.
4. After your booking is confirmed:
- You will receive an SMS confirmation.
- If you provided your email address, you’ll get an email confirmation too.
- If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.

On the day of your appointment, please bring:
- Your phone with the Healthy 365 app to show your QR code.
- Your appointment confirmation SMS or email.
- Your faulty HPB fitness tracker
Appoint Someone to Exchange on Your Behalf
1. Tap Next, and then Confirm to go to the BookingSG page. If you’ve already booked an appointment and appointed someone, skip to Step 6.
2. On the BookingSG page, choose your preferred location, date and time. You can use Apply Filter to narrow your search by location and date.
3. Enter your personal details. If you want to receive an email confirmation, enter your email address.
4. Enter your appointed person’s details. If your appointed person wants to receive an email confirmation, enter their email address.
5. After your booking is confirmed:
- Both you and your appointed person will receive SMS confirmations.
- If you provided your email addresses, you’ll get email confirmations too.
- If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.
- Tap the “<”icon to return to the Healthy 365 app.

6. Tap Share QR code to send it to your appointed person through your preferred messaging app. The QR code is valid for 30 days from sharing.
On the day of your appointment, your appointed person needs to present:
- The Healthy 365 QR code you shared
- The appointment confirmation SMS or email
- Their mobile device with the Healthy 365 app installed (with their own QR code)
- Your faulty HPB fitness tracker
