Who Should Join Start2Move?
Start2Move is a beginner-friendly exercise programme.
It is suitable for you if:
- You want to start working out.
- You just started working out and want to improve.
You can sign up if you:
- Are 18 or older.
- Are a Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Can get up and down from the floor by yourself.
- Are able to do fitness, strength, balance and flexibility exercises by yourself.
If you have any health conditions, ask your doctor if it’s safe for you to do physical activity.
What to Expect
You will be guided in:
- Completing fitness assessments
- Setting fitness goals
- Floor and standing exercises
- Moving your body in different ways (like squats, planks, push-ups)
