Who Can Sign Up for the Programme
The I Quit programme supports adults who want to quit smoking or vaping. It is run by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) and is designed to help people stay nicotine-free in a way that suits their lifestyle.
You can sign up for I Quit if you:
- Are 18 years or older
- Smoke or vape
- Live in Singapore
Note: Foreigners are welcome too, but are not eligible to claim incentives.

If You Are Helping a Teen Quit
Teens who are still in school cannot join the I Quit programme, but they can still get help. You can refer them to QuitLine at 1800 438 2000 (Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm).
QuitLine offers:
- One-on-one phone counselling
- A customised quit plan for youth
- Ongoing support from trained Quit Consultants over 10 weeks
If You Are a Foreigner in Singapore
You can sign up for the I Quit programme if you are a foreigner living or working in Singapore. However, you won’t be eligible for rewards or incentives.
