Here’s how to edit a meal log:
- Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- On the Home screen, tap Log My Meal under the “Quick Links” section.
- Select the time band to edit meal logs created today or yesterday.
- Tap on the “+” or “-” icons to change the quantity or update the portion size of your item.
- After you have made all your changes, tap Save item(s).
- If you don’t have further changes, tap Proceed with your changes.
7. If you have further changes, tap No and repeat Steps 4 to 6.
