You can earn Healthpoints when you:

  • Meet daily milestones for steps and sleep
  • Meet weekly milestones for MVPA (Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity)

Daily Steps Rewards

Track 5,000 steps or more to automatically earn 10 Healthpoints daily.

Daily Sleep Rewards

Track your sleep to earn up to 15 Healthpoints daily, based on the reward details below:
