Who Can Create an Account

You can create an account if you meet the eligibility requirements below:

Notes

You are 15 years or older.

You need to be at least 15 years old to create a Healthy 365 account.

Tip: Before you turn 15, you can still stay active with your family through parent-child events!

You have a Singpass account.

Singpass is used to confirm your identity. To register for Singpass, you must be above 15 years old and one of the following:

  • A Singapore Citizen (SC)
  • A Permanent Resident (PR)
  • A Foreign Identification Number (FIN) holder

You can:

You have a smartphone or can borrow one.

If you do not have a smartphone, you may use a family member’s or friend’s smartphone:

  1. Ask them to log out of their Healthy 365 account.
  2. Create your account under your name on their device.


How To Create an Account

Before you start to create a Healthy 365 account, make sure that:

  • You have a smartphone that is connected to the internet.
  • You have your Singpass app or account details ready.

Follow these steps to create an account:

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Tap Sign up with Singpass.

  3. Tap Retrieve Myinfo with Singpass. To find out how your data will be used, you can either:
  4. Tap on the QR code to log in to Singpass, and I agree to give permission to access your data.

       
     

  5. Check if your contact details are correct. Tap to edit the fields if necessary, then tap Next.  
    • You can only edit your mobile number, email address and marital status in the Healthy 365 App.
    • Your mobile number will be used for future logins to the Healthy 365 app.
    • If you have trouble connecting to Singpass or Myinfo, try again later, as the Singpass service may be unavailable at that time. 



  6. Read the Terms and conditions and tap I agree.


  7. Enter the 4-digit code sent to your mobile number.


Tip: Avoid tapping Resend too many times to avoid receiving multiple OTPs.

  • Call 6335 3533, which is available at the following hours:     
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm
         
  • Saturday, 8am to 2pm
  • Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
