Corporate Weekly Report

Details

1.                How can I monitor the performance of my Organisation?

Your organisation’s Point of Contact will receive the Corporate Weekly Report every Monday. Here is what the report includes:

Data

Description

Daily Average Steps for the Month

Average steps per day by all participating employees from the first day of the current calendar month, up to the day before the report is generated.

Daily Average Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA) minutes for the Month

Average MVPA minutes per day by all participating employees from the first day of the current calendar month, up to the day before the report is generated.

Daily Average Steps (Cumulative)

Average steps per day by each participant since they joined the Corporate Challenge. This is not limited to the current month.

Weekly Average MVPA Minutes (Cumulative)

Average MVPA minutes per week by each participant since they joined the Corporate Challenge. This is not limited to the current month.

Number of Registered Participants

Total number of employees registered under the organisation’s entry code.

2.                How will I know how many employees have registered?

The Corporate Weekly Report includes the number of participants who have registered and chosen a challenge tracking mode.

3.                How can I use the Corporate Weekly Report for the intra-challenge?

The report shows two types of averages. Monthly averages are based on activity from the first day of the challenge month, while cumulative averages are based on activity from when each participant joined.

If your teams joined on different dates, use monthly averages for a fairer comparison. If they all joined on the same date, you can use either. Some organisations run monthly leaderboards where the winning team earns points, and teams compete for the most points over time.

4.                My Organisation has many older employees who are concerned about Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA). How can we make it less daunting?

MVPA is determined by an individual’s age and maximum heart rate. Older employees can achieve MVPA through activities that are more intense than their usual routine – even brisk walking during their daily commute counts.

5.                How up to date is the Corporate Weekly Report?

The report is generated using synced data up to the day before it is sent. It is emailed to your organisation’s Point of Contact at the start of each week.

6.                Can I change the email address that receives the Corporate Weekly Report?

Complete the “Updating of Point of Contact (POC) Email Address” form at https://go.gov.sg/ccpoc with your organisation name, Unique Entity Number and new POC’s contact details.

7.                Can I request individual data of my employees?

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, HPB is unable to provide employee-specific data such as names, email addresses, contact numbers. You may want to get this information directly from your employees.
