What to Do

Attendance QR code is unavailable

The QR code wasn’t scanned on time.

Check in before the session starts or within 30 minutes after it ends.

 

Example: If a session ends at 10.30am, you need to check in by 11am.

 

Tip: Check in early to avoid issues.

QR Code is expired

The QR code changes every 60 seconds.

  • Screenshots or saved QR codes won’t work.
  • If your code is invalid, ask the vendor facilitator for a new one.

Invalid input or failed scan error

There was a connection issue.

Restart the Healthy 365 app and try again.

Health declaration was not suitable for session

One of these reasons might apply:

  • You haven’t filled out the health declaration.
  • Your declaration has expired.
  • You declared that you are not ready for physical activity.

Update your health declaration in the Healthy 365 app.

Keeping Your Health Declaration Active

Here are a few things to note about the health declaration:

  • Your health declaration is valid for 1 year.
  • You will get a reminder starting 28 days before it expires. This reminder will appear once a day until you update your health declaration.
  • If it expires, you will be logged out until you update it.
