1.                How can my organisation withdraw from the Corporate Challenge?

There is no penalty for withdrawing. Your organisation's Point of Contact can fill a withdrawal request at https://go.gov.sg/ccwithdrawal.

To re-join after withdrawing, complete a new registration at https://go.gov.sg/ccregform2025.

 

2.                How do I withdraw an employee from the Corporate Challenge?

Email HPB_healthwest@hpb.gov.sg with the employee's PPHID (Personal Profile Health ID, found under the “Participants" tab in the Corporate Weekly Report) or mobile number to request their withdrawal.

 

3.                How do I change a participant’s team or fix an incorrect entry code?

This applies when an employee:

  • Entered the wrong entry code
  • Is unable to register for the Corporate Challenge
  • Needs to move to a different team

Email HPB_healthwest@hpb.gov.sg with employee's PPHID or mobile number to request their withdrawal. Once withdrawn, they can register again with the correct entry code.

 

4.                How can a team change its name or be removed?

 

Email HPB_healthwest@hpb.gov.sg with the following:

  • Your company name and UEN
  • The team name, entry code, and the changes you'd like made

We will take up to 4 weeks to process your request. Your weekly report will continue to show the old team details until the update is complete.

 

5.                Can a Participant rejoin the Corporate Challenge with the same entry code after withdrawing?

Participants can rejoin using the same entry code they were previously registered under.
