Your child may qualify for a spectacle fund voucher if they:

• Need glasses based on their vision screening
• Are under a financial scheme, such as MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), KiFAS or CFAS

You may email HPB_Myopia@hpb.gov.sg to request a voucher. Each request is checked on a case-by-case basis.
