Booking your appointment

Book your subsidised screening through the Health Appointment System. You can choose your preferred clinic, date and time.

Tip: When you log in, you’ll see which tests are recommended for you based on your age and gender.

For your visit, bring along your:

• NRIC
• CHAS, MG, PG, or PA card, if applicable

Preparing for Your Screening

We strongly suggest booking your screening in advance. This will help reduce your waiting time and give you time to prepare.

If your tests require fasting:

• Do not eat or drink anything (except plain water) for at least 8 to 10 hours before your blood test.

If you cannot fast:

• You can still take non-fasting tests for diabetes and high cholesterol (lipid disorders).
• However, these results may not be as recommended if you have certain health conditions.

Tip: Ask your doctor if a fasting test is better for you.
