Booking a New Appointment

Follow these steps if you don’t have an appointment yet:

1. Open the HealthHub app and log in with your Singpass.

2. Tap Appointments, then your child’s name.

3. Tap Make New Appointment, then fill in the FormSG to submit your request.
   

Note: You will receive an SMS confirmation.

Booking a Follow-up Appointment

Here’s how to book a follow-up appointment up to 4 months in advance:

1. Open the HealthHub app and log in with your Singpass.

4. Tap Appointments, then your child’s name.

5. Tap Open, then Book Next Appointment.
