Details
As a parent or guardian of a child under 18, you can book nationally recommended vaccinations for them at CHAS GP clinics.
During the appointment, a doctor will:
- Review your child’s medical records
- Recommend the necessary National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS) vaccinations
Your child can already receive NCIS vaccinations in school.
Note: The NCIS includes childhood vaccinations that protect against serious diseases like measles, diphtheria and hepatitis B. These vaccines are part of standard care in Singapore.
Book an Appointment at CHAS GP Clinics
You can book your child’s vaccination using the Health Appointment System (HAS). This system allows you to schedule vaccinations at over 200 CHAS GP clinics.
To book an NCIS vaccination via HAS:
- Go to book.health.gov.sg and select NCIS.
- Log in with your Singpass to access your child’s details.
- Find a CHAS GP clinic by entering a postal code or clinic name.
- Choose a date and time.
You will receive a confirmation SMS which includes a link to modify the appointment if needed.
Book an Appointment if You Have an SHC Referral Letter
If your child has a referral letter for vaccinations at HPB’s Student Health Centre (SHC), you can still visit a CHAS GP clinic for vaccinations at the same subsidised rate.
To do so, you may either:
- Book an appointment via HAS
- Contact the CHAS GP clinic directly
- Referral letter
- Health Booklet
- Vaccination records
Note: To enjoy the subsidised rate, your child needs to be a Singapore citizen and getting vaccinations under the NCIS.
Vaccinations at CHAS GP Clinics Instead of School
You can choose to have your child vaccinated at a CHAS GP clinic instead of in school. If so:
- Indicate your choice in the HPB Consent Portal.
- Based on your choice, our team will not vaccinate your child during school visits.
Otherwise, HPB’s team will give the necessary vaccines during school visits. We also provide catch-up doses at school for any missed childhood vaccines.
The vaccines given are as follows:
