Who Can Book an Event

Under 15 years old

Get your parent or legal guardian to book a parent-child event.

 

Note:

  • You need to attend the event together.
  • Your parent-child relationship must be verified on Singpass MyInfo. Other relatives, like grandparents, cannot book for you.

Book an event yourself

 

Note: You need a Healthy 365 account to book an event. If you don’t have one yet, you can create an account.

 

How to Book an Event

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Tap Explore and then Events to view available events for the next 28 days.

 

 

  Tip: Learn how to find activities that match your interests easily.

 

  1. Select the activity you wish to attend, then tap Book now.

         

 

  1. If you have not updated your emergency contact yet, follow the on-screen instructions to update them first. 
    • Your emergency contact information helps us to support you if there are any incidents during your session.
    • It is needed for all virtual physical activity events.

 

 

  1. Select the sessions you want to attend and tap Confirm Booking.
    • You can book up to 8 sessions across all events. 
    • Bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis.
    • If a session still has available slots, you can book it up to 28 days before it starts (today included). You cannot book a session once it starts.
    • New sessions are released daily on a rolling basis.

           

 

  1. After your booking is confirmed:
    • You will receive an email confirmation immediately.
    • You will also receive an email reminder one day before the session.
    • If you don’t see the emails, check your junk or spam folder.
    • You can view your booked events on the Healthy 365 app.
    • You can add your booking into your phone calendar as a reminder too.
