Why You Should Add Favourites

You can add up to 25 food or drink items to “My Favourites”.

 

This makes it easy to:

  • Log your meals quickly without searching each time 
  • Track what you like to eat and drink, with their calories at a glance

 

 

How to Add Favourites

  1. Open the Healthy 365 app. If you don’t have the latest version, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. On the Home screen, tap Log My Meal under the “Quick Links” section. Then select a time band to log a meal from today or yesterday.

  1. After you add an item, you can tap on the “star” icon to add it to your “My Favourites”.

Tip: You can tap “My Favourites” to quickly view your favourite items.
