Why Add Your Child’s Profile

By adding your child’s profile to your Healthy 365 account, you can book parent-child events organised by HPB.

Toggle to your child’s profile using the profile switcher at the top of the app. You’ll see resources tailored for your child in the Recommended for You section.

 

Who You Can Add

You can add your children aged 7 to 14 years old.

  • There’s no limit on the number of children you can add.
  • You must be their parent or legal guardian.
  • Your spouse can also add your children to their account.

Note:

  • Only one parent can register a child for each parent-child event. Double bookings for the same event are not allowed.
  • Children 15 years old and above (as of 1 January this year) can sign up for their own Healthy 365 account with Singpass.

 

How to Add Your Child’s Profile

 

To add your child’s profile in Healthy 365: 

  1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom menu.
  2. Select Added Profiles and then tap Add Profile via Singpass.
  3. Select the child profile(s) you want to add.

 

Note:

If you prefer not to add your child’s profile:

  • You will not be able to book parent-child events on Healthy 365 app.
  • You can still access general parenting content under Recommended For You > View All.
  • All other Healthy 365 features for you as the main user will still be available.

 

Troubleshooting: Common Issues When Adding Child Profiles

Unable to verify your profile with the NRIC/FIN provided

You may have entered a different NRIC/FIN from the one used to create your Healthy 365 account.

 

Try entering the correct NRIC/FIN again.

Unable to retrieve your child’s information

There may be missing information in Singpass Myinfo.

“No dependant(s)” error message

There may not be any dependants registered under your NRIC/FIN in Singpass Myinfo.

Child’s profile not showing the latest information

Updates in Singpass Myinfo won’t show automatically in Healthy 365.

 

Try these steps:

  1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom menu.
  2. Select Added Profiles and then select Add Profile via SingPass.
  3. Select the child profiles you want to update.
