Details
The I Quit programme helps adults aged 18 and above stop smoking or vaping. It gives you support and tips based on your habits and what works best for you.
You’ll get to choose a support method that fits your lifestyle. You won’t be doing this alone. Supporters, counsellors, and fellow smoking/vaping quitters will be on the journey with you.
How the Programme Supports You
- You’ll begin with a short survey to understand your smoking or vaping habits.
- Based on your answers, you’ll be matched with a support pathway that fits you best.
