When you join hiSG, you’ll receive a study device to monitor your health data throughout the study.

Device Model

The device model you receive depends on what's available when you join hiSG. We will inform you of the device model when you are selected for the study.

Cost and Ownership

The device belongs to HPB and is issued to you for your participation in the study.

You can keep the device for free

Withdraw from the study early

You need to either:

  • Return the device to HPB.
  • Pay a device takeover fee to keep the device, based on Schedule 1 of the Terms and Conditions. 

Using Your Device with Other HPB Programmes

Your hiSG study device works with the Healthy 365 app.

While you can still collect an HPB fitness tracker if you're eligible, you do not need to. Your hiSG study device already works with HPB programmes.
