Programme Terms for 10 million Healthpoints 2026

This “10 million Healthpoints 2026” programme (the “Programme”) is organized by the Health Promotion Board to encourage healthier eating habits by adopting lower sodium items. The Healthy 365 App Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, apply to the with any changes needed to reflect the context of the Programme. Please read these Programme Terms and the Healthy 365 App Terms of Use found at https://www.healthhub.sg/programmes/healthyliving/terms-of-use before submitting your application through FormSG to register to participate in the Programme. If the Health Promotion Board (“HPB”) accepts your application, you may participate by submitting your entry through the relevant portal specified below. Any prize awarded to you will be issued through your Healthy 365 App account. By applying and participating, you agree to must comply with these the following Programme Terms and the Terms of Use of the Healthy 365 App Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, and/or the Terms of Use, please do not submit your application through FormSG.

1. MECHANICS, RULES AND REGULATIONS

A. The Programme will run for 10 weeks, from 22 September 2026 to 30 November 2026 (the “Programme Period”).

B. For the purposes of these Programme Terms, the Programme Period is divided into ten Programme Weeks as follows:

C. You must have access to the Healthy 365 App to participate.

D. More than 10 million Healthpoints will be awarded through two different ways  during the Programme Period, in the form of Healthpoints credited to the winner’s Healthy 365 account.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST

A. Each qualifying entry will be eligible for the social media contest. Each programme week, 100 winners will be drawn at random to receive 1,000 Healthpoints. Where a participant has already won the Social Media Contest in a Programme Week, any further entry submitted by that participant during the same Programme Week will be disqualified.

B. To participate,

  1. Show how you Ask for Less salt, sauces or seasoning at any F&B establishment including hawker centers, food courts, restaurants, and online food delivery platforms.
  2. Share a photo of the dish on your social media account with the hashtag ‘AskforLessSalt’.
  3. The acceptable social media platforms and formats are:
    1. Facebook Post or Video
    2. Instagram Post or Reels
    3. TikTok Post or Videos
  4. Submit a screenshot of the post through the social media contest entry form: https://go.gov.sg/10-million-healthpoints-entry-form  

C. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Singapore time on the last day of the Programme Week. Late entries will not be accepted.

D. Winners will be notified no later than the Winner Notification Date set out in the table below:

E. Selected winners must provide HPB with the link to their social media post for verification. Winners must ensure that their post remains publicly accessible from the date of notification until verification is complete. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.

F. The class licensee for the Social Media Contest is the Health Promotion Board.

3. DAILY SURE-WIN

A. Each day, the first 200 eligible entries received will qualify for the Daily Sure-Win. Each eligible participant will receive 1,000 Healthpoints for each qualifying entry. For this purpose, a “day” here means a day during Programme Period commencing at 12:00 a.m. and ending at 11:59 p.m., Singapore time.

B. Only the first 200 eligible entries received each day will receive the Daily Sure-Win. Any entries received thereafter will not qualify and cannot be carried over to the next day.

C. To participate:

(i) Choose at least one Qualifying Dish or Qualifying Product from any participating partner.

(ii) Take a photo or screenshot of the receipt, indicate the Qualifying Dish or Qualifying Product you have adopted and submit it through the entry form:  https://go.gov.sg/10-million-healthpoints-entry-form.

D. The receipt must be dated on the same day as the entry submission. All entries must be submitted by 11:59p.m., Singapore time on the date stated on the receipt.  Receipt that does not show the same day date will be disqualified for that day.

E. The daily winners of the Daily Sure-Win will be notified within four working days of submitting their eligible entry. A “working day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Singapore.

F. Clear receipt submitted for the Daily Sure-Win must include the following details for validation purposes:

Food & beverage partners:

a. Name of the participating food and beverage Partner

b. Date and time of purchase

c. Name of the Qualifying Dish or dish, including a description indicating that it was prepared using less salt, sauce or seasoning

d. Payment confirmation

Retail partners:

a. Name of the participating retail Partner

b. Date and time of purchase

c. Name of the Qualifying Product

d. Payment confirmation

G. The full list of participating partners (“Partners”) can be found here.

H. Qualifying Dishes and Qualifying Products are described below:

(i) A “Qualifying Dish” is any dish available at participating restaurant, food kiosk, quick- service restaurant, chain outlet, café or food court that is labelled with one of HPB’s Healthier Meal identifiers shown below, or is prepared using less salt, sauce or seasoning and is clearly identified as such on the receipt. Qualifying Dishes may vary between participating outlets.

      

(ii) A “Qualifying Product” is any product that carries the Healthier Choice Symbol with the “Lower in Sodium” or “No Added Sodium” tagline.

 

(iii) Qualifying Products are items that fall within the following categories:

  1. Sauces (for example, soy sauce, oyster sauce, recipe mixes, tomato-based sauce, chilli sauce, and other Asian sauces and mixes)
  2. Seasonings (for example, soup and broth products and spice mixes)
  3. Salt and Salt substitutes
  4. Canned food (for example, tuna, baked beans)
  5. Frozen products (for example, marinated meats, dumplings)
  6. Fresh and instant noodles

(iv) The following product categories do not qualify for the Daily Sure-Win, regardless of whether they carry the Healthier Choice Symbol with the “Lower in Sodium” or “No Added Sodium” tagline. HPB reserves the right to determine whether a product falls within any of the categories below:

  1. Beverages
  2. Fats and oils
  3. Frozen or chilled fruits and vegetables
  4. Dried foods
  5. Frozen or chilled protein (for example, raw chicken and fish)
  6. Spreads
  7. Snacks and Nuts
  8. Desserts

4. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE TERMS

A. Prizes will be awarded through the winner’s Healthy 365 account in the form of Healthpoints. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.

B. Prizes will be issued directly through the winner’s Healthy 365 account within 14 working days of winner’s verification. For more information, please visit https://www.healthhub.sg/programmes/healthyliving

C. Social Media Contest            

(i) Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible Social Media Contest entries received during the applicable Programme Week.

(ii) Each participant may win the Social Media Contest only once in each Programme Week.

(iii) A participant who has won the Social Media Contest in a Programme Week may participate and be eligible to win again in a subsequent Programme Week, subject to meeting the applicable eligibility requirements.

(iv) Selected winners must provide HPB’s appointed vendor with the link to their social media post for verification. Winners must ensure that their post remains publicly accessible from the date of notification until HPB’s appointed vendor has completed its verification.

D. Daily Sure-Win

(i) Winners of the Daily Sure-Win will be determined based on the order in which eligible entries are received each day. HPB's appointed vendor will contact winners within 4 working days of receiving the eligible entry.

(ii) A participant who wins the Daily Sure-Win in a Programme Week may participate and be eligible to win again in a subsequent Programme Week, subject to meeting the applicable eligibility requirements. Where a participant has already won the Daily Sure-Win in a Programme Week, any further entry submitted by that participant during the same Programme Week will be disqualified and will not be counted towards the first 200 eligible entries for that day within the same Programme Week.

E. Participants may take part in and receive Healthpoints from both the Social Media Contest and the Daily Sure-Win within the same Programme Week, provided they meet the respective eligibility requirements for each mechanic.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be contacted by HPB by email or phone using the contact details provided when they registered through FormSG, submitted their entry, or created their Healthy 365 account. HPB will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner within four working days of the draw relevant event ending. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven working days of the initial notification, the prize is forfeited. HPB may deal with any forfeited prize in any manner it deems fit, in its sole and absolute discretion, and is under no obligation to re-award, roll over, donate, or otherwise account for the forfeited prize to the participant or any third party. HPB is not responsible if it is unable to contact a winner because the winner provided inaccurate or incomplete contact details.
